Returns & Exchanges
To return or exchange, you can contact us at support@b7active.com. If your return/exchange is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Once your item has been returned as per guidelines above, your exchange will be sent out to you free of charge. Please ensure returns are labelled with your order number and a note of exchange requested.
UK Returns
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt, and shipped to our office within the next 7 days.
The Customer is responsible for the shipping return at their own expense.
All items must arrive at our returns department, in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unscented) Items must be returned with original tags and labels attached and with the receipt.
International Returns
Returns must be email requested within 5 days of receipt, and shipped to our office clearly labelled with order number within 30 days.
